If you use pricespy to get prices, you can then buy from the cheaper suppliers and build it your self, and you can probably save yourself quite a bit. When I did this I saved about 10%. Over the last few years I have purchased a lot of stuff from some of the cheaper ones, and have never had any problems (those that have high reviews) . But if you are wanting it built for you, you do have to pay the higher price per component, and then pay the assembly cost.
I recommend getting a nice after market cooler. It will increase the life of your chip and be MUCH quieter than any stock Intel or especially AMD cooler.
Stock coolers are often harder to install too. Especially in to a tightly set up rig. Definitely recommend after market gpu coolers too unless you get the quiet build of your favoured card.

RAM price been rising, and many run out of stock (kingston hyperx plug n play) but the ripjaws looks a good choice, relatively low latency and doesn't require higher voltage.
I have some concerns with Samsung 840's lower write speed and lifespan, it'd still be good for game and generic home use though. 840 pro on the other hand is more expensive, 128GB costing $207, and I'd rather not to spend $365 (again more expensive than the CPU) for 256GB - check your disk requirement, or consider another brand (unfortunately not many choices and prices hasn't changed much lately).
you could easily get away with a 500W PSU from a good brand. and a 600W PSU running 70% load is likely less efficient than a 500W PSU running 84% load. but if noise is a major concern, then maybe step up a bit
660 Ti is good. But check the games you most likely to play, and check relevant benchmarks (Anandtech), you may find a 660 OC (Gigabyte $317http://pricespy.co.nz/product.php?p=1408211) is good enough or more cost effective.
