xpd: Supplier tested the R7 260X for 48 hours and no fault found. ARGH. But have offered me discount on the fee, so not feeling so bad to have piece of mind that the card seems ok.....
Theyve offered for me to take my system into them and show the fault in person which I may do.... frustrating as hell.

xpd: That black screen is a driver issue according to the supplier - they said their solution to it so far was to remove all video card drivers, and reinstall the latest drivers and that seemed to work for them.
My system didnt have ANY video drivers installed (7 or 10) and would BSOD.
