If the domain actually is charity.org.nz, the login link would be https://google.com/a/charity.org.nz

Thanks @jarledb. That link (amended for real name of charity) told me that admin@charity.org.nz does not have administrator access to charity.org.nz.

 

I dont know what account does and that information will have been long lost by now I imagine.

 

So that sorts that out.

 

They will have to go with a standard gmail.com address for their second email address.

 

Thanks everyone for the help, and I'll certainly keep in mind the Office365 for charities option for the future.

That sort of thing is best discussed and planned for completion on a timeline, rather than in a hurry because a desperate need has arisen.  Front foot, not back foot.

If your real name charity was registered with Google, then Enom might be the DNS provider. Try doing a whois lookup on your charity.org.nz domain and see what email address was used for registration. I like MxToolBox for that kind of lookup. Maybe you can get the admin account from there.
