I am very picky about my case as I am a minimalistic type person and don't want to have an elephant in the room nor I want to be judged as an overgrown teen gamer. I went with a black Fractal Design R5. Best thing I ever did.

Anyone really use a DVD writer these days ? I havent had one for about 4 years now. Think theres one in my server (could just be CDRW) but never touch it. 32GB USB stick has kinda made them redundant :)

I have one but have so far never used it for anything! Would like a Blu Ray drive though.

Have a bluray writer in my PC, mustve used it like 4 times when I setup my PC, have disconnected it since I don't use it, bad buy on my part :(

I bought an external dvd-rw drive because I didnt want to waste a sata port on something that doesnt need any speed, and it means I can put it on other computers like when relatives ask me to fix their dinosaur computers etc

@biggal  As per my first response to your post, what are you wanting to use the PC for ? Will give us a better idea of what to suggest etc.
