Winusb does not detect a usb drive.

 

 

Sounds like you need to try another USB. Have you tried reformatting?

 

Also, try give it a good format with https://www.sdcard.org/downloads/formatter/ this will get rid of old boot partitions etc.

Will get a new USB stick tomorrow and try again.
