Another option that's a bit bigger: Dell 27 USB-C Monitor - S2722DC $447.29 delivered @ Dell NZ.

"A 27" QHD monitor with outstanding visuals and USB-C connectivity. One cable lets you transfer video, audio and data along with power delivery." Has been cheaper in the past and there's usually an extra 7% discount code you can take advantage of it but Dell recently disabled it. Should hopefully be available again soon.

^ Thinking of getting this for my partner since she studies / works from home quite a bit.

Edit: or wait for one of their many other USB-C monitors to go on sale.

Not sure if still relevant, but I have just got a new Lenovo ThinkVision T24m-20 from work and it's great.

Charges/connects to the Surface Laptop via USB-C and has a nice matte finish on the screen.

I use it for spreadsheets and data work, so it's perfect for me.

Has multiple inputs/outputs and strangely also has an ethernet port.

I've just ordered two of these Dell P2723DE usb-c hub monitor but the delivery date is July !

I've always used Dell Ultrasharps but in this case they are just for a client using spreadsheets and Xero etc.

They tend to make the ETA quite long but deliver within a month (so say members over at Cheapies). Hopefully this is the same for you.

I hope so, we ordered a laptop a few weeks ago and that was delivered within days. The website said the monitors would be 35 days.

Fingers crossed.

Ended up getting a cheap USB-C dock and a 100W wall charger (since apparently 100W into the dock is only 70 out to the notebook).

Not as tidy as I’d like but it works in that it’s just one plug into the laptop then the screen, keyboard mouse connect and it charges at the same time.

I’ll probably keep my eye out for a decent second hand monitor with Power Delivery but this will do for now
