It's with Pbtech now. Will see what the issue is...

Hi mate, did you get any resolution from this? Is it the motherboard/cpu/memory?

Yep! Ended up being the motherboard. Pbtech replaced it for me and it's running sweet now!

Also the corsair psu had terrible coil whine or some other high pitched noise. Was unbearable, so got them to replace too and I'm very happy now :)

Thanks for the update. I just bought some cpu/ram/mobo combo and it looks like I have a dead ASUS mobo… will do some more check and maybe raise a RMA.

How long did yours take to diagnose/replace?

That sucks! Same issue as mine?

It only took a day actually (overnight). Was really impressed. However they tried to charge me a bullshit diagnostics fee. Luckily I managed to get it wavered from a friend in pbtech, but it seems different branches handle it differently.

E.g. A branch in Hamilton doesn't seem to charge any fee in this case.
The branch I went to (Albany) does charge a fee...

Yes it looks like the same issue... fails to boot from the get go.

The branch in Hamilton is useless; I had some issue with a SSD (DRAM-less) and they have not done anything after about a week....
