Yep, already been there and no it's not the solution in this instance. the 'remove' button remains pale - so I can't actually delete certificates. and even if i could, there are quite a few verisign certs in there so how do I know which one is the right one to delete.

Shall I just shoot myself. there has to be someone who can fix this.????? surely???

Long shot but it is possible, is the date/time correct on your computer? Maybe the cookies are expiring because it is incorrect.

Thanks, but nope. Its it not a cookie thing. going to have to take it in to a tech for an over priced look at one frkn webpage problem. not happy.
