Wow, I didn't know Pegasus mail was still around. I used it in some very large Novell Netware environments. I thought it died around 2007. I remember it was stable, and honestly not much else.

I already changed to Family Classic, but I also got an email from MS today, part of which says "While Microsoft 365 Family Classic includes the core Microsoft 365 apps and regular security updates, it does not include our AI assistant Copilot and may not receive new feature updates."

 

Talk about being clear - first, MS did NOT mention that I may not receive new feature updates when I changed, and second, what on earth does the "may not" mean???

 

I hope the Australians see this, and complain again about inclarity.

And the link in the email takes you Microsoft Australia, where it says "You currently have a subscription from a different region", and you hit a dead end.

Confirming I've received the emails - yes plural - because they sent out a second with a prefix of "Corrected link". The link in the second email is still broken, at least for me.

 

However, if you change the two instances of "AU" in the URL to "NZ", it does allow you to progress further. I haven't gone much further than that because I receive a workplace discount that isn't reflected in the prices, and the payment period is not correct (I'm yearly, not monthly).

 

Looking forward to a third email?

Same situation here - I expect this has been done on purpose to be seen to do the right thing, but actually minimise the refunds they provide.
