I got a new computer a few months back, with new monitors and everything.

I've been noticing some terrible screen tearing in movies, including online videos, VLC and Media Player Classic. and even when I click and drag to move a photo left and right across the screen I can see obvious tearing.

The two instances when I don't get any tearing is when using Windows Media Player and when gaming with V-Sync forced 'On' in the NVidia control panel.

My monitors are AOC i2352Vh and I'm running a GTX 670 (driver version 301.42) in Surround mode at 5760x1080 @ 60Hz

I've tried two latest beta drivers from NVidia, but no improvement.

Any ideas? :)

If anyone was wondering, it turns out having Aero turned back on fixed the problem. Bizarre how having it off would cause screen tearing.

So now I'm stuck with Aero haha, oh well. Must be a bug with the Nvidia drivers for the 600 series cards
