I've just bought a 2nd hand PC which has had the CPU heatsink removed, so it could probably do with some fresh thermal paste. I'm trying to keep my budget down though, so I'm wondering if I can do any better than $17 at Dick Smith?

I see dealextreme.com has some for about NZ$2 delivered, but some of the product reviews look like they might be doctored and the genuine looking ones question the quality. Has anyone had success buying it from there? Is there anywhere else that sells it for $10 or less?

Thanks

Search 'paste' on the PBTech website.

Deal extreme is ok, but do you really want to wait up to a month, so save a few bucks.

Awesome, thanks! For some reason I assumed the shipping would be more expensive than that from TradeMe sellers... it often is.

Why would you get the $17 stuff at DSE if just next to it there's the $6 stuff just next to it?

Or do you believe that the $17 stuff is really "nano particles" that will perform any better than this?

Also note this one is $6/10g, the other is $17/3g.
