I was thinking of upgrading my current PC while I wait to get a new PC. My current PC is an HP and only has a 64MB Graphics card, I had this card in mind http://www.globalpc.co.nz/proddetail.asp?prod=VC15052  mainly because it's very cheap. I think my PSU is only 150W, would this be enough to power that card and, is it a good idea to install a cheap graphics card, while waiting for a new PC, or can it be damaging to your system.

Thats quite a small PSU. But does your computer even have an AGP slot?

That PSU is fine for that gfx card, however it depends on what else is in your PC, please tell us the rest of the specs.
