Hey Team,

Does anyone know who the re-seller in NZ is for QNAP? - I've checked the usual suspects like Ingram Micro, Dove, Express Data.

Cheers,
Jay

Will they sell just one unit? Or are you looking for wholesale?

Try Ascent Technology, that's where I got our QNAP, they are very good to deal with.

There are two Importers/Distributors for QNAP in NZ, SnapperNet and Infortek. The distributor also provides second level tech support (first level is the reseller/retailer).

PB Tech also parallel import QNAP, but be aware that you miss out on local support this way - you have to deal with QNAP directly via email.

One trap to be aware of is that Ascent source the same brand from multiple suppliers. An example of this is the TS-419UII, which is sourced from both SnapperNet and PB Tech. You can tell which is which by the supplier rating Smile
