When asked in an event in Australia why does Adobe charge more for its software in AU/NZ, its CEO could come with no answer. So this is what was recorded:
Just look at the guy in the background, trying not to laugh at the answer.
Granted, other companies behave in the same way, including Microsoft and game distributors such as Steam and others.
Instead of saying something like "Oh, really? Let's fix this thing", he goes on a tangent explaining how the future is the Creative Cloud, and how the whole offering is a great value and on and on...
When the guy in the background interrupts asking if there are any other questions, another journalist asks the same thing in other words: "can you rule out reducing prices for your non-cloud products?"
Laughable, how these folks get to be CEO: it's all in delivering a non-message.
