If I have for example the names of 60 clothing brands in column A.
Then a value between 1-3 (1=low, 3=high) relating to the quality of each brand in column B.
Then a value between 1-3 (1=low, 3=high) relating to the price of each brand in column C.

I want to create a scatter type graph of quality vs price. I do not need the names of each brand on the graph. But I do want to know how many brands are at each point, e.g if 5 brands have a quality value of 2 and a price value of 1, then I want that indicated on the chart some how at the point of (quality 2 , price 1).

I have been playing with scatter graphs and bubble graphs but I can't get it to work?

What is the best way to do this thanks

I think it would be nice to share the solution with the group. Personally, I would just use a pivot table or something to summarise the data first then use a bubble graph. Otherwise, how else can you have two axes (i.e. quality and price) and still indicate number of brands (unless you go 3-D?).
