So the next gen NVIDIA GPUs are here! And with some very impressive numbers to go along with it. Not sure if I can justify spending $1149 NZD (According to Computerlounge pricing), however, the hard core gamer would be very keen considering that the performance isn't far off the GTX Titan, which costs more than $600 NZD more! (Computerlounge pricing)

I'm curious to see what the GTX 770 numbers will be like :-)

Anyone ordering a GTX780 yet?

far more excited for the 780M/760M laptop parts.

Next release of the Sager/Clevo P157M/P177M laptops look to be incredible. Pricing is going to be the killer.

This is true. But I'm sure the type of user these are catered to would still pay a higher premium.

I'm interested in both the 770 and the 780, but prices do seem to be insane at the moment - to be expected - am sure they will settle down a bit over the next couple of months.

You could always buy from the States, but even then a 770 is around the $420 USD mark and a 780 around $650 USD (and that is before GST/postage costs).
