Hi there,

I received two emails yesterday from the person selling an item on ioffer.com.

Having received them in Outlook, the message was plain. Nor could Outlook open either of them. Norton has marked them as spam, but they were not in Norton's spam folder within Outlook. I cannot mark them as not spam. See error when trying to open the message to read it: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v608/steviet/Computer/error1_zps0302599c.jpg [in Webmail, the attachment is a .html file, plus the content shows of the actual email appears]

When trying to delete these messages, I get this message: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v608/steviet/Computer/error2_zpsfa40ef7b.jpg

Funny, because other emails seem to be able to be deleted fine from the Deleted Items folder, plus my computer is running with 6GB of RAM. Using Windows 8 Pro 64-bit with Media Centre.

Tried opening Windows is safe mode, and opening Outlook - Outlook does not open in safe mode. Tried running Outlook in normal Windows mode as administrator - no luck.

Any suggestions on how to get rid of these messages?

Many thanks,
Stevie

Managed to delete them by creating a IMAP link to my Gmail account; delete them so both synced with each other.
