Just had this page pop up!

[Mod (N8): WARNING, click the link below at your own risk]

police.govt.nz.id657546456-3999456674.e9635.com/?flow_id=20

This would be quite scary to grandma - and she would be likely to fix it with her credit card!!

What site were you on when ' this page ' popped up?

Might be a good idea to scan your PC with malwarebytes

;)

Yeah, that site is currently hosted in Russia

I have listed it on mywot.com as an unsafe site so hopefully a lot of people will be warned.

Might pay to disable the link. I almost clicked it......

My views (except when I am looking out their windows) are not those of my employer.

Ummm...so you post a live link to a known dodgy site that could infect any person who clicks on the link?

I appreciate the warning, if not a little misguided in the delivery

Lazy is such an ugly word, I prefer to call it selective participation

No it's real but I will unlock the files on your PC for only NZ $250 not the $350 they are asking

Cloud spending continues to surge globally, but most organisations haven’t made the changes necessary to maximise the value and cost-efficiency benefits of their cloud investments. Download the whitepaper From Overspend to Advantage now.

John is way too expensive. I'll do it for $100.

Wait, it doesn't even let you pay online? You have to go to the gas station to buy a voucher number? Damn scammers could at least take my credit card details directly...
