Anyway, to your question, yes it should all work together. However, I will say I'm perplexed by some of the selection.

Is budget a concern at all? It seems for some items you've gone for performance over price, and others the opposite. For example, I don't see the justification in a GTX780, if you're only getting a 1080p monitor. Similarly, it looks like a gaming box, but it also appears you're planning to use wifi, and a basic adapter at that. The latest i7 and a mid-level motherboard.

Why would you get such a massive graphics card for what looks like a gaming system then hobble it with WiFi? Seems like overkill to me. I hear games are big, 120GB may not be enough, your call on that, but I know Windows 7-64 plus basic apps only takes around 30GB + swap file.

For such a massive system consider a Noctuna cooler. 140mm fan = quiet.

I'm not the greatest at choosing parts (as you can see ;)) but I would like for it to run new games on high fps, if you can suggest any more changes, it would be great

The CPU Cooler you chose is for AMD but you have an Intel CPU. Also I wouldn't choose an i7-4771, would either save $20~ and lose 0.1ghz base clock for i7-4770 or go $20~ extra for an i7-4770K which can be overclocked unlike the i7-4771 or i7-4770. For mechanical keyboard make sure you like brown switches.

I have a Das Keyboard which I think has brown keys. It's louder than average but not super loud, and has a nice feel.

Nice spotting Xeon on the cooler types. Cooler Master 212 is meant to be good value and not too expensive. My Noctua's really good, but really expensive too - I only got it because the 212 wouldn't fit in my case with the sound absorption material.
