can someone please compare the two motherboards and tell me if they will basiclly have the same grunt

i currently have the p5k , but its got power issues on the motherboard ( wont work with the power switch the terminals on the board are
dodgey) and am replacing with the top board. will there be many differences?

thats what i thought, was just told it was a smaller board not a full atx . just needed to confirm as i like the power of mine currently. all im doing is putting a bigger cpu on the new one to run bf4 at low spec. im thankful for this forum its hard to get the right info anywhere else!
