I'm looking to build a website for my parents so they can market their house overseas (on top of the usual channels).  Bearing in mind that I can't anticipate the potential bandwidth usage, does anyone have recommendations for a web hosting service that would accommodate this site, including domain name?  Will it matter overly if it's a NZ host or overseas?  All going well, I imagine the "uptime" would only be a few months so probably a "by the month" service would be best.

Thanks!

I've used iserve before, and can't complain. Now I have everything on a hosted server elsewhere.

I just started using freehostia.com. It seems to be very good.... and free!

My views (except when I am looking out their windows) are not those of my employer.

I've had awesome service and uptime from http://www.asmallorange.com
Strange name, but great hosting company.  They have an open forum and very quick support times.

If you're looking for a NZ webhosting with unmetered traffic, take a look at Break LTD they do server co-location too.
