I want to Router Modem that will run application as well.

What I want is a small server (like apache) and to have Torrents..

Are there Routers that can do this?

Get a DG834G, Raspberry Pi and an external WD hard drive.  DG834G with custom firmware for the speed, RPi to run uTorrent and the drive for the storage! :)

Sometimes what you don't get is a blessing in disguise!
