I recently (yesterday) purchased and installed a Core2 Duo E6420 with a ASUSP5B Mobo, (7900gt with driver issues but thats irrelivant to the problem).

now.

i have installed everything (updates, codecs, fresh windows install, chipset, etc) all running reasonably well..

i open up utorrent and one of the cores completely maxes out, utorrent is killing one of my cores and for the love of me i cant figure out why.

My old system X2 4600+ with an Asus A8N-SLI Mobo ran everything like a dream...

Can anyone please enlighten me on the reasoning behind this... or offer up any solution, if you need more info i'll be glad to oblige.
