Hmm........maybe your computer has caught a bug? Are you using anti-virus software? I suggest that you first ensure the a/v software is up to date, then run the programme.

If that doesn't fix it, try running a spyware detection programme - I use SpyBot Search and Destroy.

If you still have the problem, then its beyond my ability to help you further, but this forum is loaded with very skilled and experienced people, so don't despair!

Good luck,

George

Had Norton AV and the 3-months trial ended and problem starts to sprout.. hmmm... suffice to say your Norton AV IS NOT UP TO DATE... either remove it, or subscribe to the 12-months AV protection and update... or remove it and install Free AV like AVAST! or AVG.

You best also get Windows Defender while you're at it too and start a scan on your system... or restore it fully from the Recovery CD/DVD.

Kel is correct - you need to get your antivirus up to date, or install new antivirus (free one like Avast is great)

It's most likely a spyware or virus really. Forget about Norton. Uninstall it. Then install Avast. It's free for home use. And run a good anti-spyware as suggested before in this thread.
