try booting to something other than windows (bios, linux live cd, norton cd, whatever), to rule out a malware infection doing it?

In this case it could be memory, CPU, power, motherboard, even a faulty cable...

Sounds like the PSU might not be powerful enough to handle all peripherals but dying in BIOS is not a good sign of that.

Have you overclocked anything, cpu, gpu, m/b clock? Why not try replacing the PSU and experimenting?

50 ~ 65 is normal, when it gets to 125 start worrying!!!

Personally i'd swap the PSU and check all the PCI/GPU cards are fully inserted then if it still restarts then worry that it might be a mobo problem.

so  i got a new psu . and i am trying to yank 20 pin connector out but apparently it stuck onto the motherboard, when i finally got it out, some of the pin was burnt (actually all the red one). well i guess my mobo is busted too....
