ok im no computer whizz but i wonna build a PC with an intel core duo processor and a 256mb graphics card but im unsure of which mobo to get and which specific graphics card..*please help*

oh doing things such as photoshop and wathcing multimedia and i intend to spend around $150 for the mobo and $170ish for the graphics card.
