Does anyone have an HP OfficeJet Pro 8500A Plus ?
Mine has trouble picking up paper from the tray and only works with a big of manual intervention frown

I've cleaned the picked up rollers, even lightly sanded them but it still has issues ?

Has anyone else got a fix ?

I had an HP OfficeJet years ago with similar issues.  Ditched it for an Epson Stylus and never had a problem in the 7+ years we've owned it.

damp paper also causes issues.
Try a brand new(unopened) ream of paper .

More likely the pickup roller . Its an easy replacement on better printers (ie lasers) . Pickup rollers do wear out .
