Heres the story:
I have an 80gb 2.5" HDD, ran a clone on it, from a 15.8gb drive. The 80gb drive now thinks it is only 15.8gb.
Linux, Mac os and windows all say the same thing.

phewf, managed to fix it, using a combination of gpart and a hitachi boot disk.
