Here is my small application to configure Vista's User Account Control - Tune UAC

The only configuraion I do with UAC is turn it off...

Yes, its useful where you may need to turn it off for sometime and then turn it on. Not only that you can also configure the settings for adminsitrators. Its beyoound turning it on and off. Say, suppose you want your son who is a user to have UAC on and yourself who is administrator not to, you could do with my app and same way, if you want that secure desktop mode (where when the uac prompt comes in, the whole screen goes black) off, you can do it with my app :)
