You'll need to give us a lot more information than that before anyone can help you.
For starters: Are you talking about internet connection speeds or the speed of your laptop?

Seen similar before where a laptop was described as slow while on charge. Diagnosed it over the phone as being a faulty battery by asking them to run the laptop with the battery removed.

Cool, now how about a full description of the problem "its slow" is like phoning the mechanic and saying your car sounds funny, then instantly expecting them to know whats wrong.

What is slow?
How is it slow?
does anything make it better or worse?
How long has it been that way?
Did it happen suddenly or gradually?

If you can't answer these questions, take it to be fixed somewhere.
