anybody know where I can get an adaptor for one I've been given out of an broken Apple computer

It's an 2013 MacBook 128GB Sandisk PCIe SSD

655-1837F 

I've seen some on Amazon but not keen in going over seas for it

I thought OWC sold them? I doubt you would have any luck getting one locally.

Yeh I remember seeing some adaptors that did this but it's really not worth the cost in my eyes (unless you want to try recover data off it or something). 

 

I had the late 2013 MacBook Air a while back, the SSD failed on that with no warning (it later became part of a big recall) and I learnt my life lesson about backing up :)

Amazon would be your best bet, there are adaptors that allow you to connect it to a standard SATA interface as well.

Sorry guys I cocked up on what Mac it was out of it's actually an 2013 iMac but proly doesn't make much difference and thanks for the advice, It looks like I will have to go to ebay or amazon to find what I'm after
