I've got to stop making $1-$2 bids on boxes of crap on trademe. Anyone know what I can do with 20+ AV leads? (red, white, yellow ones)

Anyway, every now and then I come across something interesting - today there was a spindle of silver backed CD-R's - ones that have a silver colour on the burning side instead of the usual green/blue colour.

I knew these existing way back in my CD burning days (along with black backed ones that you used to burn PSX games on) but they were quite hard to get.

Tried some googling to see if these are readily available but had not luck (silver CD-R seems to bring up a lot with the silver face)

Anyone know if these are still around?

Are you sure that the silver CD-R's and not CD-RW's ( +/-) ?

As for your AV cables, yes have a box of those, as well as SCART cables. And about to end up with a bunch of S-Video and component cables after an AV update .... personally, I blame the enforced Sky box update for this excess of copper ...
