PSU. I can recommend the Silverstone ST50-EF plus. 500 very efficient watts, more than enough to run your system specs, around $125 ish
If you want a large(ish) case with good airflow/fans supplied and tool-less assembly for the drives and cards, the sunbeamtech Tuniq 3 will fit the bill. Around $110 from a retailer on TM.

Can't go wrong with Enermax PSUs

Opinions are my own and not the views of my employer.

I think 500w will be plenty
Dont forget the closer you run your PSU to its max rating the more efficient it is.
