Anyone know of some free Windows software that will allow me to use my webcam as a security camera (motion detection) ?

I know theres oodles out there but cant find one that does what I want for free or easily setup (I have until about 10am tomorrow to do this :) )

Must be able to email me a JPG of the motion trigger, or send to a OneDrive/Gmail cloud account and email me a notification advising its been triggered.

iSpy looks good but they want $$$ to send notifications and the other ones ive looked at either fail to have this functionality or documentation is light and confusing :)

TIA
