Does anyone have an email address for Seagate? I need to ask where/how I get bootable media to restore from a .tib file created by DiskWizard.
I spent an hour on so on their website but could only find self-help options which didn't help.
Thanks.

Thanks, I have been there but nothing solid found. I spoke to Acronis live chat but my Diskwizard is OEM and (they say) my only support is Seagate.
Possibly I could buy the real Acronis True Image which may include an ISO to make a bootable CD with.. but as a last resort as this is a one-off.
Download DiscWizard from their website. Install it on something. Open it, it should open on the Tools menu, but if it doesn't, Select "Tools" on the lefthand navigation bar. Click "Rescue Media Builder". Go through the wizard.
Burn the .ISO, boot from it, voila.

Cool.. thanks very much Lias. found it !
Do you know if the eventual boot disk is Machine-specific? I've created the tib file from another computer which has no optical drive. I could connect one temporarily... but if I don't need to? Both are using the same OS.
I wouldn't imagine so, but I couldn't swear to it in court.
