I use Outlook 2016 for my now redundant clear.net.nz email, and forwarding .gmail.com email address.

I do general searches in Outlook with no results appearing, since updating my account profile in Outlook from clear.net.nz to gmail.com. At first I thought perhaps I deleted a particular email I was searching for, but after scrolling through many messages I spotted it.

How do I rebuild Outlook's search, so it searches every email I've received and sent from either my clear.net.nz or gmail.com account?

Many thanks

Stevie

Stevie, I'm thinking you'll have resolved this by now?

I had a similar problem with Office 365 which was fixed after a Windows clean reinstall.  I exported the PST file to another drive, and pointed to it with the new installation, and it was all working properly again.  I do seem to remember reading that Outlook was having indexing issues a year or two back.
