My wife needs something because the laptop mic is not cutting it. She went into HN who sold her BT headphones !

Any suggestions on a good quality headset for use with Dragon ?

BT or USB, but I think she would prefer wireless.

Dragon keep a 3rd party mic compatibility list with a tested accuracy score. I selected the windows version as example:

http://support.nuance.com/compatibility/Search.asp?PRO=DNS&CID=15

and expensive dragon branded bt:

there is probably something just as good not on the list wait for the recs ; ).

I have a Logitech wireless headset, think it's a little higher model than that, costs $110 or so. Haven't tried dictation but for phone calls and such it's fine.

The H600 is ok has usb mini charge port which I find annoying. The 820e stereo or mono is lighter and has a drop in charging dock.

I checked that list for the H820e but goodness me the list has not been updated for a while imo. It lists the H600 as checked in 2012.

Mine's the HD800, works fine. The mini USB is fine. I had a $350 headset at my old work with a cradle, that's nice but the price goes up by 2.5X. If you're using it regularly it's probably a reasonable investment.
