Hi,

i am getting annoyed by this error when i reply to someone.

Replying to an email triggers that error.

Sometimes creating new Email also give the same error (usually when i am emailing an spreadsheet via excel options)

https://www.google.com/search?q=this+function+cannot+be+performed+because+the+message+has+been+changed&client=firefox-b-ab&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwj77I-ggYncAhWJAYgKHSD1AvcQ_AUIDCgD&biw=1920&bih=943#imgrc=376IV6EEyAA_7M:

Can anyone suggest a fix ?

What have I & IT dept done:

  • uninstalled - installed Microsoft office twice now
  • restarted million times
  • Googled for a solution, but none worked.

What i use:

  • Outlook 2016 App
  • Office 365
  • windows 7 laptop

let me know if you need further info

FYI -i dont like using browser. ☺
