Hi everyone,

My wife has a HP Pavilion laptop 15 series from 2014. Specs are i5 1.7 ghz CPU and 8GB of RAM onboard.

It's only used for emails, Facebook and trade me.

The problem we've got with it is that the middle row of keys on the keyboard don't work anymore, well most of them don't work. This has probably come about due to my son playing a game called "Roblox" and button mashing...

On the row by the Caps Lock, the key's that work are only "G" and "H". This makes writing anything rather difficult.

Does anyone know of any Wellington HP authorized, or independent services centers that could repair this fault?

Or is it likely that the cost of fixing is half the cost or a replacement?

Has anyone done this job themselves?
