After years of error free (mostly sealed) of emailing, I've come across and odd one (to me, anyway).

Trying to email a retail business (video rental store … yes, we still have one in Wellington), but email bounces with "503: The server has encountered a bad sequence of commands".

Is this me, them, or us?

@Linux … thanks.

By 'them' I presume the store's email service provider? (Their domain appears to be registered with Freeparking).

Should I tell them?
