I want to get my Roland MT-32 going for old games, but I'm struggling to find a USB-MIDI adapter that handles sysex .. the cheapie things on TradeMe are junk, wondering if anyone else has got a similar setup working ?

I don't know about Sysex but I have one of these I use to connect my PC to my Boss DS330 and also to my Digital Piano

Works well but I have never tried to play games with it as not many games now use MIDI
