Need to buy a new monitor, was thinking about 22inch, willbe used for general computing watching DVD's & some TV
was thinking 500nzd as a budget

Anyone got a suggestion ?

Check out TradeMe... heaps cheaper than retail!!

I bought a new 22inch Viewsonic including 3 year warranty for under $200 (was a little over $500 retail at the time of purchase)
Picked it up 25 minutes after the auction closed!

http://www.pbtech.co.nz have some good 22 inch monitor under the price that you requires

i got my philips 22 inch 220ws. under $400 include GST.. i think it is quite a good value.
