I have just noticed youtube is not staying on youtube.com because it seems to be redirecting to nz.youtube.com for some strange reason. is this a youtube or isp problem.

You don't like NZ content?

But it seems they pick up your IP to switch it over to nz.youtube.com

To change, click on "New Zealand" at the top and then click on "Worldwide (All)"
