Hello

 

Learning how to use the Apple hardware haha

 

Can somebody please tell me, when I doing remote desktop to my work, it is Windows operating System

 

What command do I press to screenshot the entire screen using my Apple keyboard?

Just use your Mac shortcuts. 

 

Command + Shift + 4 > then Spacebar

 

That will screenshot and save to your Desktop.

Yeap, i got it working when I am on the apple operation system.

 

but what I am saying is, when I am on remote desktop, my organization is using Windows. 

 

How can I screen shot my entire screen when using my apple keyboard at Windows remote desktop. (I only have F1-F12 only), don't have the F15 like those people at youtube are providing

Yup - You can still use the same key combination and have that save onto your Mac OR are you wanting to screenshot and save it on Windows via Remote Desktop? I just use the Snipping Tool in Windows.

I actually want to screen shot on my screen and then I can directly paste into the email/document straight away rather than putting as a separate file and attach it to the email

You can use the snipping tool. If you are running a relatively new version of windows 10, you can take a snap on the apple keyboard by pressing cmd + shift + s
