I want to run a VPN on a NUC computer that will play streaming HD from Finland. What spec NUC would I need?

Or, can I put a wifi card in my computer and bluetooth/wifi connect  to my Samsung smart TV?

Use a dns service which is a lower overhead than a vpn. (Many have a trial). Before shelling out on new hardware.

Dns4me is good, just check they have the service you want. If they don’t they might be able to add it.

I should add a little more info. I am running a VPN on my computer that I connected via HDMI cable to TV at old address. We have shifted and the computer and TV are now about 6 meters apart in different rooms.

Which would be a workable option, either a NUC at the tv or wifi/bluetooth card into computer and mirror pc to tv.

Any mini pc will be fine. I have a 2015 i3 NUC and its ok for media streaming over VPN. Wouldn't use it as a primary pc but it does the job for 1080p.
