Hello All

Just discover that, the folders that i create on the web-based hotmail on computer doesn't sync well at all while I am on the outlook app at Ipad and Android?

anybody have this issue?

Web-based as in within chrome/firefox or within Outlook on your local computer? Using STMP on the computer perhaps, that won't sync up.

you may be making non standard mail folders ?

Try making folders UNDER the inbox , not separate to the inbox .

Works okay for me with Outlook on an Android phone although it is a bit non-intuitive to see them. If you tap the All Accounts icon, you only see Inbox, Drafts, Archive, Sent, Snoozed, Deleted & Junk. Try tapping the icon for your specific account twice. The second tap should show all of the folders created, with anything you have tagged as a favourite folder at the top, followed by the rest.

I can't comment as to how it works on an iPad however.
