I currently have two monitors plugged into my PC. HDMI and DVI into each monitor. Current those go into my PC.

I have a laptop which I want to connect to those two monitors,

Is there a switcher which would mean I could leave my pc and monitors connected but when I plug my laptop in I could switch it to use both monitors for my laptop?

May not be clear but hopefully you understand what I need

You could use a KVM switch

Or, you could use (say) DVI for desktop and HDMI for laptop and use monitor controls to switch between them

Consider doing an Remote Desktop session to the laptop. Cheaper and simpler if it meets your needs. It can definitely use both screens.
