Jamie, you'll need to be more descriptive about your problem.  For instance:
- What is it you're doing that that brings up the textbox?
- Is it a custom textbox or part of an inbuilt MS Office function?
- What is the title of the textbox?
- What are the instructions/options within the textbox?

Posting a picture of the textbox would be really helpful - use Alt+Print Screen to copy only the text box (must be the active window) to the clipboard for you to save as a picture for posting.
