Does anyone know if and/or how to restrict a Gmail account to be accessed by only one person at a time where the account details are shared by 3 or 4 others?

 

In other words, avoiding two or more person using the account at same time.

Don’t think there’s such an option.

Not sure of what you’re doing but maybe you need a better solution on managing the mailbox for example share it so all can access it at the same time but require those that do to flag or tag an email to indicate to others that someone has taken “ownership” of that item.
