I tried to create more than one partition on a 4GB USB memory key, but DISKPART would allow me to create only the first one. Anyone knows if this is possible? Any tips?

Yes, it's possible, but I don't have a spare stick to refresh my memory. You do need to ensure there's a partition table, rather than just a raw filesystem on the whole device.
